Natural Way Of Face Lifting
Facial exercise - Exercise on the face is the simplest way to erase fine lines, wrinkles and reduce sagging skin lift without undergoing doctor’s knife. The exercises below will help to improve firming up your facial and neck muscles and promote a reproduction of healthier new supple cells while carrying away old and damaged cells.
It will also give you a glowing and healthier facial appearance and improves overall appearance of the face.

When should I do my facial exercise?
It is recommend that you do it in the morning to promote blood circulation rather than at anytime of the day. This exercise should never be done when you are feeling tensed or fatigue.
You can start at any age even at 60 years old. If you start at a younger age, it will stop lines and wrinkles from ever appearing!
Just spend 15 minutes a day for this face exercise which will keep you youthful and radiant through the day. It is worth a try!
To start off the practice, try to use mirror as an aide until you can memorize every movement and are confident of doing it correctly.
To Begin Facial Exercise
Sit up straight, relax your entire body, take a deep breath and smile!
You’re going to restore back your youthfulness with your 10 fingers.
Never rush or jump to other poses before finishing the present one.
Before you start any facial exercise, you must always ensure that your hands are cleaned before your touch your face.
Lion’s Roar
Benefit - Warming up the facial muscles.
Method -
- Place your index and middle fingers on your forehead horizontally; slight press your thumb on the temple.
- Smile widely, count from one to five as you starting inhale slowly and deeply up until chest is full. Close your eyes and hold on for 4 seconds.
- Exhale
slowly from your mouth, stick your tongue out, open your mouth wider
and tighten all the muscles around your face and neck.
- Pull your 2 positioning fingers at your forehead to your scalp.
- Inhale slowly one deep breath, hold the breath for 5 seconds and release.
Relax by normal breathing five times and repeat three times.
Happy Face Lift
Benefit - To increase blood circulation to every muscles of your face, neck and scalp.
Method -
- Smile (without showing your teeth), then form a long big ‘O’ with your mouth, hold with 3 relaxing long deep breath.
- Fold your lips into your mouth, slowly give yourself a great smile by raising up your cheek muscles with 5 normal breathing.
- Pucker your lips to make a small “o” then smile to further tighten your cheek muscles. Slowly tilt your head up and this will help to further tighten your neck muscles as your inhale deeply.
Count from one to five, slowly exhale and release all your tightening muscles.
Repeat three times.
Jaw and Neck Toning and Firming
Benefit - To tone lower sagging cheeks, reduces wrinkles around the chin and strengthen the jaw.
Method -
- Smile widely (without showing your teeth), slowly open your mouth and make an “Aaahhh” sound.
- Draw your lower into your mouth lip as far as possible, at the same time, tilt your head backward and pull your chin up. Automatically this will stretch your neck muscles as you pull in your lips..
- Open and close your lower jaw slowly for 8 times with normal breathing.
You may also use your 10 fingers to gently massage your head scalp for better flow of blood circulation.
Release and repeat three times.

Remove Horizontal Forehead Lines
Benefit - Removing horizontal lines on forehead and vertical lines between eyebrows.
Method -
- Place your index and middle fingers across your forehead horizontally at the hairline.
- Press the entire length of the 2 fingers down firmly onto your forehead and slowly slide down the fingers towards your eyebrows.
- Flex your eyebrows upward and lift your eyebrows up against the pressure of your fingers. You can feel a tight band pressure across your brows.
- Hold tightly and inhale deeply, hold on to your breath for 5 seconds and exhale slowly.
Repeat again but this time prolong your breath for 10 seconds.
Cheek Lift
Benefit - Lifting and firming upper cheek, strengthen your cheekbone.
Method -
- Smile and form a long big “O” with your mouth. Fold your lips into your mouth.
- Smile to stretch and lift up the cheekbone muscles up.
- Press your index fingers horizontally above your cheekbone underneath your eyes.
- Imagine you are pushing the muscles up towards your eyes as your smile.
Take 3 deep breaths then release and relax.
Repeat three times.
Removing Laugh Lines or Smile Lines (Nasolabial Folds)
Benefit -To maintain a fresh and youthful looks
Method -
- Smile and form a long big “O” with your mouth. Fold your lips into your mouth. Emphasis the stretch from your nose to your mouth (the philtrum).
- Press the entire length of your index fingers firmly along the line between your cheekbone and nose.
- Keep smiling and feel that area is tightened underneath your fingers for 5 deep and slow breathing.
- Squeeze your nose as you inhale and release when you exhale.
Repeat three times
Neck Smoother
Benefit - To firm up the flabby neck and jaw line and to reduce double chin.
Method -
- Apply some cream onto your neck and gently massage until the cream absorb into your skin.
- Place your palms on top of one another on your neck, gently slide your palm down until your wrist resting on your collarbone.
- Raise your chin up and slightly tilt your head to the back.
- Tighten your lower jaw muscles by smiling widely and feel the neck muscles are also tightened.
- Inhale and exhale deeply five times while holding on to this position and release.
Relax and repeat three times.
Smoothing Crow’s Feet Lines
Benefit - Reducing the Crow’s Feet lines. Crow's Feet are the wrinkles that appear at the outer corner of the eye.
Method –
- Apply some cream on the crow's feet lines. Massage lightly until the cream is absorb into your skin.
- Place your index fingers at the outer corner of your eyes and your middle fingers at the inner corner of your eyes. Apply a little pressure and pull down gently.
- Open your mouth to form a big “O”. Fold your upper lip over your teeth. Smile and lift up your cheek muscles firmly.
- Squint your lower eyelids and create resistance by squinting to force your lower eyelids up. You will feel the pressure at the outer corner of your eyes
- Squint your eyes slowly for 8 times and on the last count, close your eyes tightly for 5 deep breaths.
Remember to keep your mouth open with your upper lip pressing tightly over your teeth.
Relax and repeat three times.

Preventing Under Eyes Wrinkles
Benefit - To firm muscles around your eyes - Orbicularis Oculi and preventing eye bags and wrinkles.
Method -
- Smile and form a long big “O” with your mouth. Fold your lips into your mouth.
- Use the three middle fingertips press gently underneath your lower eyelids just above your cheekbones.
- Squint your eyes and raise your lower eyelids up as you press the fingers onto the cheekbones and slightly pull downward.
- Then release.
- Repeat by closing your eyes tightly and feel the muscles tighten under your finger tips.
Slowly open your eyes and repeat five times.
